Eric Pseja - Bass and Vocals
Eric Pseja: Bass Guitar and Vocals

Eric was immersed in music at a very young age, as his dad would always have the New York oldies radio station WCBS FM playing instead of the TV. It wasn't long before this constant exposure to music lead to participation.

He started singing in his church choir throughout grade and middle schools, eventually continuing on in his High School's Chorus and Madrigal Choirs where he was awarded All-County honors as a tenor. Eric also took a liking to performing, which helped him land leads in his school's musical productions for all four years. It was during this time that his yearning to perform evolved into the need to create.

After his older brother purchased a pawn-shop acoustic for him, Eric taught himself to play the guitar. While in High School in late 1986, Eric bought his first electric guitar and amplifier, and also met drummer Dan Turdo. Eric and Dan spent a ton of time together introducing each other to new music as well as having all-day guitar and drum jam sessions.

In college is where Eric started playing bass guitar for his fraternity house band CRUST. Eric really took a liking to the nuances of the bass over the six-string, especially since competent bassists were much harder to come by than guitarists.

After college in the late '90s, Dan and Eric joined guitarists Marc Aldrich and Steve Kauffunger to form the NJ bar circuit band Sick Nellie. For this project, Eric played bass and handled lead and backing vocal duties for mainstream and classic rock covers.

In the early '00s, Eric became involved in making original music with his friend Pat Kliesch after not quite making the cut for the lead vocal position in his band 3rDegree. For his first collaboration, Eric added lead vocals for a few tracks on Pat's Dysfunctional Family Album, and after deciding that there was good musical rapport, they formed the two-man band Liquid 56 and released the album FOIL. Eric's collaboration with Pat also helped him get involved in 3rDegree's Reunion Concerts as an acoustic and electric guitarist, bassist, backing vocalist and percussionist, playing two acoustic house concerts in northern NJ, and a fully plugged gig at The NJ Proghouse in Metuchen, NJ.

Then came Xeromore. For years past, Eric had known Rich Adams through Dan, and had gotten together on a number of occasions to make music. Every time they did, they had great fun and created awesome music, and it always ended with the three of them agreeing, "We should really record some music together." And that was that.

Over time Eric, Dan and Rich finally found themselves at a point where they had the freedom and flexibility to really concentrate on the music, which finally made it possible for them to make good on their old mantra about recording together. Thus, Xeromore was born, and Eric's place in it was solely the product of years of musical collaboration, exploration, and inspiration.
